Are you Ready to…..
What becomes visible?
-
Notice Your Baseline State
Understand how you’re operating most of the time and when more ease is available
-
Name the narrative
Recognize the internal stories that quietly shape your attention and choices
-
See your coping patterns
Understand how you manage stress and effort and why it quitely costs energy
When you can actually see how your nervous system responds in real time, your mind no longer has to stay hyper-vigilant or in control.
Awareness replaces force and real change becomes possible.
Awareness shifts when brain and nervous system activity becomes visible in real time.
Rather than analyzing experience after the fact, participants receive immediate physiological feedback that reflects how attention, effort, and regulation are functioning in the moment.
Over repeated sessions, the nervous system learns to recognize its own patterns earlier in the sequence, before stress responses or compensatory effort take over.
Because this learning happens through direct experience, it creates a stable reference point for clarity and steadiness that does not rely on willpower or instruction.
How is awareness is sustainably expanded?
Why Virtual Reality?
The brain perceives Virtual Reality as a separate environment, not just another screen. We use this to create a dedicated space, set apart from other distractions or influences, ideally suited for the emotional resonance that makes biofeedback work so well.
This immersion enables more rapid learning and skills transfer: faster results, immediately applicable to the real world. Designed with care and intentionality, the experience is deceptively simple and remarkably effective, while being relaxing and easy to use (with a simple learning curve, and no chance of motion sickness!).
Not only is this the world’s first fully stand-alone biofeedback VR system, it’s also the only device training HRV and Coherence simultaneously: creating both resilience and reliability.
A Look Inside the Immersive Biofeedback Mastermind
Is There Data to Support This Program?
Participants are not asked to rely on subjective experience alone.
Across early cohorts using the immersive VR platform, we have observed measurable changes in nervous system regulation.
These shifts are reflected both in real time session data and in pre and post assessments, including functional measures of brain activity and autonomic response patterns.
The data does not replace lived experience. It supports it.
Participants can see changes as they happen, track patterns over time, and connect internal awareness with observable physiological shifts.
Participants showed an average of 78% improvement in markers associated with nervous system regulation and resilience.
Who this experience is for (and who it’s not)
This experience is well suited for people who:
Are Engaging in their lifes but feel like life takes more effort than it should
Notice patterns of overthinking, managing, or holding things together
Are curious about how they operate internally, not just what they do
Want practical, lived awareness rather than advice or motivation
Are willing to show up consistently for short daily practices
This experience may not be a fit if you’re looking for:
A quick fix or passive solution
Therapy or medical treatment
Productivity systems or performance coaching
Someone to tell you what to do or how to change
What participation looks like
Participants engage in short daily immersive sessions using the VR biofeedback platform, typically taking ten to fifteen minutes.
Each week includes a live group session led by Cameron Allen, where participants reflect on what they’re noticing and explore how awareness shows up in real decisions, relationships, and daily life.
The experience is designed to fit into real schedules. There is no expectation to optimize, perform, or keep up. Consistency matters more than intensity.
All sessions take place remotely and can be done from home.
Participants are supported throughout the experience through live sessions and guided integration, rather than left to figure things out on their own.

Important note: This is an educational and experiential learning program. It is not therapy or medical treatment.
This work grew out of Cameron Allen’s long standing commitment to making high quality nervous system care accessible to more people.
Twenty three years ago, Cameron’s family took out a second mortgage to afford a thirty thousand dollar neuro wellness program for his brother. The program was effective and life changing, but the cost made it clear how inaccessible meaningful care was for most people. That experience became a defining line in the sand and has guided Cameron’s work ever since.
Throughout his career, Cameron has focused on a simple mandate. Reduce cost while increasing real value. That means using tools that are scientifically validated and effective. And when existing tools fall short, building better ones.
Through Neuro Progeny, Cameron and his research and development team created the XRegulation immersive biofeedback platform used throughout the Immersive Mastermind. The platform is designed to make internal state visible in real time so people can work with their nervous system through direct experience rather than abstract theory.
What once required exclusive access and tens of thousands of dollars is now available within a guided five week experience.
Cameron personally leads the Immersive Mastermind and facilitates the weekly group sessions, supporting participants as they integrate what they notice into real world decisions and daily life. The experience is guided, relational, and responsive rather than self directed.
Cameron is a neuroscientist and technologist with 18 years in translational neuro science and 11 years of leading transformative groups whose work draws from physiology, functional neuroimaging, and immersive systems. His focus is not on fixing people, but on helping them recognize and shift the subtle survival patterns that shape stress, burnout, self criticism, and disconnection.
He is guided by a clear mission. To make nervous system mastery accessible so people can live, lead, and relate with greater clarity, capacity, and ease.

The Immersive Mastermind is a five week intensive virtual reality biofeedback program embedded with an intentionally small community designed to create embodied learning, deepening interoception, introduce nervous system awareness and capacity building and explore and implement strategies for integrating the experience for lasting changes. It combines immersive virtual reality biofeedback, short daily at home practices, and weekly facilitated group sessions.
This is an educational and experiential program, not therapy or medical treatment. It allows participants not only to experience the profound shift that can come with the virtual reality biofeedback but to develop the understanding of the nervous system, their nervous system and to build skills to be used throughout life as they continue to grow and change and to be able to integrate each level of change in a meaningful and lasting way.
-
Virtual reality is used because it changes how the nervous system learns, not just what it learns.
The brain is always predicting what should happen, and VR breaks those expectations by creating a mismatch between what you see and what your body feels.
That mismatch forces the nervous system to stop running on autopilot and use more of its resources.
As a result, communication between the brain, body, and sensory systems increases, leading to faster, deeper, embodied learning.
The goal isn’t escape or entertainment—it’s expanding capacity in a way that carries back into real life.
-
The stand-alone virtual reality experience is a unique biofeedback tool because it is embedded in virtual reality which in and of itself increases learning by close to 300% over traditional biofeedback tools. Along with the mechanisms of virtual reality, we are able to train more aspects of heart rate variability rather than just focusing on coherence or just on resilience. We are able to focus on multiple domains of functionings simultaneously.

Most wearables collect HRV data passively and present it later as trends, averages, or daily scores. That information can be useful, but it is often disconnected from the moment to moment experience that created it.
In this program, HRV is used in real time, during a focused practice, with immediate visual feedback. Participants can see how their nervous system responds as they shift attention, breathe differently, or engage in a new way.
This turns HRV into a learning signal rather than just a number to review.
-
Meditation practices and meditation apps can be very supportive for attention, reflection, and emotional awareness. This experience is different in that it provides objective physiological feedback while you are practicing, allowing you to see how your nervous system responds in real time.
Rather than relying only on internal observation, participants receive clear signals that help them notice what supports regulation and what does not. Many people find this makes it easier to translate insight into daily life, especially when things feel full or demanding.
This experience can complement meditation or other practices, but it is not a replacement for them.
-
What kind of results should I realistically expect?
Most participants will experience shifts such as greater awareness of how they are regulating, less self judgment, and more room to pause before reacting, and faster recover after emotionally intense moments.
Through internal testing conducted we have observed statistically significant measurable shifts across the nervous system over time, suggesting changes in how participants respond to stress and recovery. These findings are encouraging and continue to inform the design of the experience.
Individual results vary based on engagement, practice, and personal context.
-
There is a growing body of research across neuroscience, psychophysiology, and learning science suggesting that experiential, feedback based approaches can support changes in awareness, regulation, and nervous system flexibility over time.
This program is not a clinical trial and does not make medical or therapeutic claims. Individual results vary based on engagement, practice, and personal context. The purpose of sharing this information is to show that the approach is grounded in observable physiological data and continues to be refined based on real participant signals, not to promise specific outcomes.
Within this program, we have been conducting internal testing using heart rate variability and pre and post qEEG measures. Across that testing, we have observed statistically significant shifts over time in nervous system and brain activity patterns associated with regulation, flexibility, and recovery.
These findings suggest that the experience engages the nervous system in measurable ways rather than producing only subjective or momentary effects.

Yes. There is strong, high-quality scientific evidence supporting the effectiveness of Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback (HRV-B). Multiple meta-analyses and systematic reviews—the highest levels of clinical evidence—show that HRV-B produces meaningful, measurable improvements across mental health, physical health, and performance domains.
Mental & emotional health: Large-scale analyses show HRV-B significantly reduces stress, anxiety, PTSD, and depressive symptoms, with effect sizes comparable to established psychological treatments and notably low dropout rates—especially in trauma-exposed populations.
Physical health: Research involving over 1,000 patients demonstrates benefits for cardiovascular health (including lowered blood pressure), improved asthma outcomes, reduced inflammation, and decreased chronic pain, with no significant adverse effects reported.
Performance & cognition: Studies also show improvements in attention, executive function, motor control, and performance in athletes, artists, and high-stress professionals.
Why it works: Physiological data shows HRV-B strengthens the baroreflex and autonomic regulation through resonance-frequency breathing. With repeated practice, this creates lasting neuroplastic changes that improve the body’s ability to regulate stress and adapt under load.
In short, HRV biofeedback is not a relaxation technique—it is a scientifically validated, evidence-based intervention that improves physiological regulation and translates into real-world gains in health, performance, and capacity.

This is a five-week experience designed as a complete and meaningful introduction on its own.
Daily practices are done at home and typically take between seven and twenty minutes total. These are designed to fit into real life without adding another demanding routine.
In addition, there is one live group session each week. Sessions are recorded for participants who are not able to attend live.
For many people, these five weeks provide a clear foundation and a repeatable way forward. Some participants choose to continue building on this work afterward through longer-term offerings or deeper practice, while others find the five-week experience gives them what they need to integrate the learning on their own.
The overall time commitment is intentionally modest so the work can integrate naturally into daily life rather than requiring major schedule changes.
-
This experience is designed to complement other forms of support, not replace them.
Many participants engage in this work alongside therapy, coaching, meditation, or other practices. Because the program focuses on awareness and experiential learning rather than treatment, it often integrates well with existing support structures.
-
Yes. Coaches participate in the experience to deepen their own understanding of nervous system patterns and regulation.
If you are interested in using this work more formally with clients, you are welcome to reach out to learn about future professional pathways.
-
Participants engage in short at home practices each day, typically taking between seven and twenty minutes total. These include immersive biofeedback sessions, brief intention or gratitude practices, simple awareness check ins, and short reflections.
The goal is integration into real life, not adding another demanding routine.
-
Participants meet weekly in a small cohort of no more than sixteen people for a live facilitated session.
These sessions support participants in integrating what they are noticing through the practices into real life decisions related to parenting, leadership, work, and relationships. The focus is on reflection, integration, and supporting real shifts rather than performance or comparison.
Sessions are recorded for those who are not able to attend live.

No. XRegulation is not therapy and not a medical treatment.
XRegulation is an evidence-based educational and training program designed to help individuals understand and work with their nervous system using real-time physiological feedback. It focuses on building practical self-regulation skills and expanding internal capacity rather than diagnosing conditions or treating symptoms.
The platform uses validated biofeedback methodologies commonly studied in clinical and research settings, but the program itself is structured as applied learning, not psychotherapy or medical care. Participants are learning how to observe nervous system patterns, influence physiological states, and translate those insights into real-world decisions and behavior.
XRegulation can be used alongside therapy or medical care, but it does not replace either. Its role is to provide objective feedback, skill development, and nervous system literacy so individuals can better navigate stress, focus, and performance in everyday life.
-
That is completely okay. This experience is intentionally not for everyone.
You are welcome to review the full program overview or talk with our team to see if it feels like a good fit for you.

Many people notice subtle patterns rather than obvious symptoms. These can include feeling more reactive than you’d like, losing patience more quickly, checking out or reaching for distraction when things feel full, or feeling foggy or depleted even when life looks “fine” on the outside.
You might also notice that clarity and motivation come and go depending on how full your system feels, or that it takes more effort than it used to to stay present, connected, or patient.
These experiences are often not personal failures or lack of discipline. They can be signs that the nervous system is carrying more load than it can comfortably process.
This experience helps participants become aware of how these patterns show up for them and explore more renewing ways of supporting their system before things tip into reactivity or shutdown.
-
Because this experience includes physical equipment, cohort placement, and access to live sessions, there are no refunds.
We want participants to feel confident in their decision before enrolling. If you have questions or want help deciding whether this experience is a good fit, we strongly encourage you to reach out before registering. Our team is happy to talk it through with you.
Details about the refundable equipment deposit and return process are provided during enrollment.
-
This experience provides feedback in two ways: in the moment and over time.
During each session, participants receive real-time visual feedback that reflects how their nervous system is responding. This allows you to see patterns as they happen and notice what supports regulation, focus, and recovery in real time.
Across the five weeks, participants often observe changes in how quickly they can access regulation, how their system recovers from stress, and how these patterns shift over time. Internal testing has shown measurable changes across the nervous system throughout the program.
-
A WiFi connection is required to run the program and support the immersive experience.
However, the system is designed to be stable and user friendly. You do not need to actively manage your connection or monitor data collection during sessions. Guidance on setup and technical requirements is provided during orientation.
-
Your privacy matters.
Physiological data collected during sessions is used to support your individual learning experience and to improve the program over time. It is not shared with other participants.
What you choose to share in the community is entirely up to you. Participation in discussions is optional, and you control how much or how little you share.
Details about data handling, confidentiality, and transparency are provided clearly during enrollment and orientation.
-
The equipment is provided for your use during the program.
While it may be tempting to share, we recommend limiting use to yourself during the five weeks so that your experience remains consistent and your data is not confused with someone else’s. This also helps ensure that the learning and feedback are meaningful and easy to interpret.
After the program, you are welcome to follow the equipment return or continuation options outlined at that time.
-
The orientation session is an important part of setting up the experience well.
It introduces the technology, sets shared expectations, and helps establish a sense of safety and clarity within the community. Whenever possible, we encourage participants to attend live.
If you are not able to attend, a recording is provided so you can review the material. However, live attendance helps participants feel more grounded and connected as they begin the program.
